Hi Guys,
I just recently in the past 2 years have started collecting BB guns.....Found this wonderful site and it sparked my forgotten interest in Daisy and BB guns...
I have over 100 of them now. With alot of other related items that I purchased thru the Auctions and gun shows.
I started collecting late in life as I am in my later 50's now..
I had one Daisy when around 12 yrs. old and moved up to a bit more power with the Crosman #147...Then Girls and Cars...
I like the rest of you have been through "FADS" from one thing to another. Namely, Women, collectible cars, boats, even was on the slot cars and models a bit earlier in life.. I built a Slot Dragster 1/24 scale that would travel the Race track 55 ft in lenght in 1.19 seconds..this was in 1965...
I have always had a nack for guns though, In the Marine Corps Boot Camp, I was High Shooter for my Company. I shot a 234 out of possible 250 points.... Earned me a "Expert Marksman Badge" along with my reward of a piece of chewing gum..I was allowed to chew this for 15 minutes and then into the trash it went...
I still retain some of my Real Rifles and pistols..Self protection against...Invaders..lol
Thanks to All the Members who have helped me in the past 2 years..If I can help body in any way let me know..
A Special "Thank You" to Pappy Joe for starting this site..And Ron for his guidance in my early collecting adventures..
