 Coyote1956z

My Biographical past that has now lead me to this point.  It all started one fine september day in the year 1956.  I came into this world being the 1st son of a Gunsmith father and homemaking mother.  I must have had guns to play with right off the bat, can't really remember that far back....I do have a picture of me working the old man's reloading press when i was still in a diaper :).  Being a young boy and having the wild west, mountains, creeks and nature of Colorado to explore, I grew up shooting and fishing a plenty. I remeber having a Daisy bb gun, maybe a model 102 cub that I wore plumb out, but I could hit a lil ol tweety bird with that thing from about 25 paces!  Dad and I would go to turkey shoots and such when I was around 8-13 yrs old.  Much of my growing up was around firearms, airguns and BB guns.  I think I have had a Daisy or some other Benjamin, Sheridan Air Rifle all my life among the firearms I have collected as well.  I did a 5 year tour of duty with the U.S. Air Force & Air Natl. Guard. Those 30mm. Gatling guns on the A-10 aircraft sure are awesome!!  Mostly been involved with mechanical repairs of some sort or another to make a living with.  I am married now for 18 yrs. wife Sherri, have two wonderful children , Girl 14 and Junior my son age 9. Both have a nice small collection of shooting arms already, including each has their own Red Ryder Vintage BB gun.  We all like to take the Clay bird slinger out and shoot some birds for fun.  Have hunted and fished the mountains of Colorado for years, and am currently in Florida, near all my relatives here. I do plan to return to my Native state one day, sure miss the outdoors there.  My collection includes Daisy's, Benjamin's, Sheridan's, Crosman's and several Firearms of various makes, last count was around 50 sumthing, DO NOT tell my wife.  I enjoy the repairing and shooting of all these vintage guns, if it don't work, I fix it or send it down the road, I use and shoot every gun in my collection, No wallhangers here. I enjoy getting into them and seing what makes these things work and repairing them if need be.  Much more could be told but that's the basic short version.  I enjoy having found this club and the guys here are all great to converse with and have a few laughs as well as learn from and with.  Take care all of you, Kenny    AKA  QuacKenbushBSD
