I have really enjoyed seeing the pictures of member's collections. I did not own any air guns as a kid, but at age 12 (in 1960) I received a new Remington single shot .22 from my Grandfather. I still have that rifle. I was a Boy Scout, so I did get to shoot air guns, and friends had them. Owning and using a .22 taught me gun safety, and of course I earned the Marksmanship Merit Badge. Most "fun" thing I ever shot was the M16 and M60, during Arm days.......fortunately never at anything except silhouette targets
I have a question about the new Daisy/Winchester 1894 that I will pose in another area.
There are very few places in my region of the county to shoot firearms, so the air guns are a great substitute for in home use. I shoot at a Beeman Pellet Trap.....highly recommend, quite cheap at Wal-Mart. | | 3D Animated Flags Courtesy of 3DFlags.com |
