Welcome to Firth Sisters       Thanks for joining our Colin Firth community.  We are so glad that you joined our great group.  Please make yourself at home and join in on all the fun.  Over to your left you will see a list of our different boards and pages.  There is a wealth of information there for you!  Please visit our Off Topic board as soon as you join, you will see a thread welcoming you by our management and members.  We do not require but would appreciate it if you would post a brief introduction about yourself on that thread.        We ask that you get started feeling your way around by reading our Firth Sisters Policies here.  Meet the Managers here.  Please take a few moments to add your name to our Birthday page here  and fill in some basic info on our Members page here .        We have no posting requirements, but we do love active members, so please don't be shy, we were all newcomers once. That's how we get to know one another, and it makes our community all the more interesting and fun!        We are a close-knit family and like any family, we do disagree from time to time.  RESPECTFUL discussion is important in this and every group you will join. It is best not to debate on the boards as we do not want fighting amongst family members. We are a positive-minded group with a desire to refrain from negativity. If you have an opinion to share that is unlike that of another member, please do it kindly and respectfully. Sharing of ideas is important and can be a wonderful learning experience for everyone involved when handled with respect for others thoughts and ideas.        If you need any help or have any questions about anything, please leave management a message on the boards or if it is of a personal nature you may email the managers using the MSN feature under Member Tools.  Please keep in mind that some of the managers live in different countries, which means different time zones, also the managers here have a life outside of this group.
